Question 1

Are the recipes safe for my allergies?

Accepted Answer

Every recipe flags its allergens and respects the dietary restrictions you set in your household profiles — but AI can miss things. Always read the ingredient list against your allergy before you cook, and check with a professional for severe allergies.

Question 2

How many recipes can I search for free?

Accepted Answer

Without an account you get 3 free searches a week. A free account gives you 5 recipe searches, 5 meal plans, and 3 fridge or dish scans every week — and every family member's allergies and diets are always respected. Recipe Universe+ removes the limits.

Question 3

Is my cooking data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your pantry, favorites, meal plans, and history stay tied to your account — we never sell your data.

Question 4

Do I need to download anything?

Accepted Answer

No. My Recipe Universe runs right in your browser. You can also add it to your phone's home screen like an app if you want it there.
